It was a disappointing outing for our Wonga Park 3XI, who went under to Warranwood 3XI with lessons to take away.
First up, we made 88 from 30.5 overs. Cooper kanally top-scored, making 31 off 64 balls. Alan Love claimed three for 15 for Warranwood 3XI.
The hosts knocked off the runs, finishing on 3/93 in 26.4 overs. Mitchell Caspersz made a quality 52 not out for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century. Angus Williamson grabbed three for 17.
There were some quality individual efforts to build on. The side will be keen to turn things around after two straight losses.
Credit to the hosts, and well played.
