It was smiles all round as our Wonga Park 1XI overcame Bayswater Park 1XI by 66 runs.
We batted first and put 9/173 on the board from 40 overs. Fifty for Jackson Colledge, who finished with 78 not out off 79 balls. Tyler Parker played a handy knock of 21. Credit to Troy Gstrein, who took three for 22 for Bayswater Park 1XI.
Our opponents were all out for 107 in 32.4 overs in reply. The best of the hosts' batters was James Court with 36. Our best with the ball was Parker, who took four for 12.
The work with the ball set up the win. A superb effort from the team.
