It was a satisfying day for our Wonga Park 4XI, who saw off South Croydon 3XI with a stylish team effort.

The final scores were Wonga Park 4XI 4/227, South Croydon 3XI 10/205. Fifty for Craig Meadows, who finished with 83 not out. Ryan Atkinson made 35.

Dan Gregor was the main threat for our opponents, making 47. Phil Ballagh was the pick of the bowlers, taking two for 20 off six overs. Brad Condick offered good support with two for 30.

An excellent result for the side. Getting that first win of the season on the board is a brilliant moment for the team.

Onwards and upwards.
