Our Wonga Park 3XI side got past Warrandyte 3XI in a pleasing performance.
In terms of totals, it was Wonga Park 3XI 6/257 and Warrandyte 3XI 6/256. Thomas Hancock posted a half-century, making 73 off 92 balls with eight fours and two sixes. Rob Glide's 55 not out off 53 balls was a half-century to remember. Steven Edmonds played a handy knock of 48.
Bailey Mullens bowled impressively to finish with two for 28. Hats off to Mason Trevena, whose 113 not out was a stylish century for our opponents.
A cracking result for the group. That's three wins on the trot for the side. Onwards and upwards.
