It was a good day out for our Wonga Park 3XI, who beat Croydon Ranges 3XI at home.
Our totals were 4/216 and 1/111, against Croydon Ranges 3XI's 10/144 and 8/176. Tyson McBain passed fifty on the way to 64 not out. Bailey Mullens brought up a quality half-century, finishing with 59 not out. Rob Glide's 56 off 33 balls was a half-century to remember.
Steve Paterson starred with the ball, taking three for 9. William Hartley added three for 21. Our opponents' best was a half-century from Daniel Gauci, who made 73 not out.
A well-deserved win for the team. That makes it two wins in a row.
A terrific effort from the group.
