It was one to learn from for our Wonga Park 2XI, who were downed by Warranwood 2XI in a disappointing result.
Over the course of the match we totalled 178, and Warranwood 2XI 9/301. Tom Glide top-scored with 45. Jake Guerin provided good support with 42. Luke Dickson was the main threat for the visitors, taking four for 26.
Alex Atkinson was the pick of the bowlers, taking three for 31 off fourteen overs. Daniel Turner made a stylish 89 for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century.
Credit to the visitors, who played well. That's seven losses in a row, but the side will keep working hard. On to the next one.
